Rapid growth followed QT's move. Ten more employees were hired as equal partners, new consultants joined the team while, at the same time, transatlantic activities were intensified. By this time, the Quickborner Team had already made a name for itself in office landscaping in the U.S.
In 1967/68 the company established Quickborner Team Incorporated in Milburn, New Jersey, its own U.S. subsidiary. The first office landscape planned by the Quickborner Team was created at E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Co in Delaware, followed by others at Eastman Kodak in Rochester, the Mercedes Benz headquarters in New York, the Department of Labor in Washington, as well as in Canada - the 20-storey office landscape for Ontario Hydro in Toronto, for example.
At the beginning of the 1970s, QT was even active in Venezuela, where the Cia Shell de Venezuela in Caracas was planned, among others.
